The Town of Killingly (“Town”) seeks Qualifications from engineering firms (“Consultant” licensed and insured in the State of Connecticut to provide on call services for the Town. The intent of the Town is to select one or more Consultants based upon qualifications for on-call services as may be required from time to time by the Town. Based on the service required at the time, the Town may solicit cost proposals from the group of Consultants selected to provide on-call services. The Town reserves the right to select any Consultant for any particular service necessary, or to otherwise solicit services outside of this RFQ. The Town and the selected consultant shall engage in negotiations to determine the cost of the service. In the event the Town and the selected Consultant do not reach agreement on the cost of the services, the Town may cease negotiations and select another Consultant or solicit the services from others.
