A. X-ray, EKG exams, and ultrasound exams shall be performed on-site at the facility. B. X-ray exams shall be provided seven (7) days per week from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. weekends and holidays. C. Ultrasound exams shall be provided by appointment Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. D. The Vendor shall respond to a requested service within two (2) hours unless an appointment is made and to complete services within the 3–4-hour time frame for general, 1-2 hours for STAT. If unable to meet this timeframe, the facility nurse or director must be notified. E. The Vendor shall provide on-site x-ray quality confirmation with CD images provided to the facility for physician’s review and juvenile patients’ records after they are read by a Board-Certified Radiologist. F. X-ray results should be made available within three or four hours for general exams. “STAT” results shall be made available within one to two hours of the exam. G. All ultrasound results should be made available within four hours of the exam.
