UNC Charlotte is seeking qualified vendors to provide photography services for publication as well as archival purposes. The scope of work will include services relating to various photography needs. Activities to be photographed will potentially include, but not be limited to, community events, theatre productions, concerts, athletic events, staff events and meetings as well as photographing still or staged shots of staff, commissioners, residents, buildings, staff and press publications, or any other planned shots as required. Contractor shall have the ability to: • Work effectively with representatives of UNC Charlotte including participants, partners, and staff • Submit work in a timely fashion, according to deadlines required by staff • Photograph events taking place seven days a week, from early in the morning through evenings • Supply high-resolution digital photography
