The intent of this Project is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide design and assessment services for the property located at 300 W. Dominick Street, which sustained significant damage during the 2024 tornado. The property has undergone initial cleanup and demolition, but further assessment and design work are required to determine the scope of repairs, and replacements needed. 2.1.1. Evaluate the current condition of the property, including structural integrity of what remains, as well as the functional status of the electrical and mechanical systems. 2.1.2. The exterior and interior assessments must be done to identify areas that will require removal, repair, or replacement. 2.1.3.
