The potential vendor’s duties may include the following: Data Mapping & Standardization- Integrate external data formats and align them with Indiana APCD data to ensure compatibility, consistency, and stimulate comparison. ETL Development (Extract, Transform, Load)- Implement ETL development processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently across systems. Vendor Coordination & API Integration- Coordinate with third-party administrators (TPAs), pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and other external vendors to support seamless data exchange. Data Quality & Validation Tools- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all ingestion points. Legal & Compliance Review- Review all data-sharing activities for compliance with HIPAA, applicable state laws, and formal data-sharing agreements. Ongoing Maintenance & Monitoring- Maintain updates, perform system audits, and provide technical support to sustain performance and compliance.
