Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. INTENDED SOURCE: Options Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase for the provision of the North Dakota Transition and Diversion Program services to include transition coordination, transition assistance, outreach services, and overall coordination of transition services for individuals with a disability in the Northeast quadrant of North Dakota, including those counties serviced by both the Lake Region and Northeast Behavioral Health Clinics. Intended Source has the capacity, transition and diversion training, reporting expertise, and the ability to respond to the quadrant quickly to complete the required transition coordination, education, purchasing, and coordination of services as required by the State. Intended Source has the expertise to service all population groups served by the North Dakota Transition and Diversion Program, including older adults and people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Intended Source also has the capacity and training as it relates to the North Dakota Transition and Diversion Program. Referrals are unpredictable, and Intended Source can respond anywhere in their quadrant of the state at short notice to complete the transition coordination services in the manner required.
