Successful offeror shall provide a Crisis Drop-In Stabilization Unit for all individuals 18 years old and older with a self-defined behavioral health crisis. Offeror Response: Successful offeror shall provide residential services, 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (24/7/365) by awake staff, along with regularly scheduled/documented bed checks; more frequent bed checks shall be directed by STATE Treatment Team when risk factors are present. Offeror Response: Successful offeror shall provide room and board, to include a minimum of three full meals per day. Meals shall adhere to the federal Dietary Guidelines. Successful offeror shall not use an individual’s served Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) funds. Successful offeror shall provide full meals to individuals admitted outside of normal mealtimes when requested by an individual and/or STATE Treatment Team.
