The Proposer will prepare the draft financial statements, drafting the combining statements, the individual fund statements, the supporting schedules and the statement footnotes. City staff will provide the majority of data for the statistical schedules. The Proposer will properly format the final draft prior to the City reproducing and binding the ACFR. The Proposer will be responsible to provide the Management Letter and Supplemental Single Audit Report, including the preparation of all required financial statements, notes thereto, supporting schedules, and exhibits. The Proposer shall prepare the ACFR in substantially the same formats as the 2024 ACFR, both a printed version and Internet-ready electronic file. The City desires the Proposer to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its governmentwide and fund financial statements and schedules in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. The Proposer is not required to audit the supporting schedules contained in the ACFR. However, the Proposer is to provide an "in-relation-to" report on the supporting schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements and the combining and individual fund financial statements. The Proposer is not required to audit the statistical section of the report.
