The purpose of this procurement is to secure a vendor to conduct complete accessibility surveys of Illinois polling places (as identified by local election authorities within the State) to determine compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), the Illinois Election Code, and 26 Ill. Adm. Code Part 209. The selected vendor must utilize the State Board of Elections’ (“Board”) provided AuditPoll software, a digital survey tool, to conduct the surveys. Illinois currently has 4,922 polling places. Since polling locations are subject to change prior to each election, the vendor may perform up to 5,000 polling place surveys based on any changes that occur during the contract period. Vendor will be notified of any additional or updated polling locations, not already included in Attachment 6.1 within two (2) business days of the Board becoming aware of the new polling location. The selected vendor must complete surveys for all polling locations noted in Attachment 6.1, and up to an additional 78 polling locations, by October 31, 2026.
