1. Fourteen (14) doors have been identified as requiring replacement. The Town may not elect to replace all doors at one time depending on the proposed pricing. 2. Submitted quotes are to be Per Door removed and installed 3. Average door size 14.5’x14.5’ +/- 4. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required for complete removal and installation, including: a. Removal of doors, tracks, electric motors and springs assemblies. Disposal of old materials including track and/or motor mounting materials. b. Installation of doors, track, spring assemblies and electric motors including any needed upgrades to motor and or door track mounting areas. c. Electrical disconnect of old motors and connection of new motors to be included in quote. Note, recent electrical disconnect boxes have been installed at each door near the door motor areas. 5. Doors are to be Insulated Commercial Grade, Single End Styles, HS1 Struts, 1-Per Section. Third door section to include 25”x12” Oval DTA Lites. Weather stripping and weatherization to be included in installation. 6. Door spring assemblies to be of standard cycle type with 1 inch shaft. 7. Door tracks are to be 2” Continuous Angle-In 8. Pusher Spring Bumpers are to be installed and/or replaced at each door. 9. Door color to match existing doors (brown). 10. Shop drawings for all materials/equipment shall be approved by the Town prior to installation.
