Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Emergency Procurement from: Ajax Building Company, LLC. The scope of this project is to include security fencing around the dorms with specific enhancements (sally ports, recreation areas and no climb fences) and a new double gate main sallyport entrance; upgrading three dorms will include the replacement of interior and exterior doors and windows, flooring, tamper-proof confinement lighting, security electronics, bathroom renovations, and new recreation yards for each dorm; complete similar renovations to Palmetto, Evergreen, Willow Lane facilities, John G. Richards Gym, and Birchwood administration buildings to support current operations and integrate additional workspaces; revitalize Birchwood recreation field and gym; and conduct reviews of roads, and drainage to ensure proper drainage and lighting throughout the campus.
