Breathing Air Compressor and Fill Station Minimum Specifications • 4 stage/15 HP/23 CFM • Three phase, 230 V/60 HZ • 6,000 PSI • Oil pump • Additional intercoolers as needed • Auto and Emergency Stop Features • Auto-condensate drain • Dual filtration/purification system that produce Grade E Breathing Air. • CO monitoring capable of reading at least 5 parts per million. • Fill Station/Enclosure with two (2) SCBA cylinder fill positions. • Enclosure must be explosion proof • Enclosure must be humidity and rust resistant • Must have isolation valves that allow one or both cylinders to be filled simultaneously • Enclosure must provide a door-locking safety mechanism • Air Compressor/Fill Station Enclosure must limit ambient sound at less than 70db. • All applicable electronics are to be UL 508A compliant • Components and equipment must meet all applicable NFPA requirements • Ability to provide timely service • Minimum $5000.00 trade-in allowance for current compressor and fill station. • Must be configured to prevent accidental or purposeful overfilling of air cylinders. • New Air Compressor and Fill Station shall be properly connected to the existing cascade system.
