The Office of Retirement Services (ORS) aims to modernize its IT applications to create an adaptable and flexible platform with modern, human-centered design framework and state of art technology with secure and user-friendly web experience for its customers, employers, and ORS staff. The Term of the Agreement will have a base term of 15 months with 5, 1-Year Options. ORS IT Modernization Vision: Create a flexible technology solution that will meet and exceed current needs and expectations Establish process and implement technology that will have agility to adapt to changing needs, expectations, legislation, or other drivers of retirement. Focus on customer and employer hubs that allow tailored communications and service for each customer on their retirement journey. Provide technology channels that allow customers and employers to connect with us digitally and securely with confidence regarding ORS processing and communications. Equip staff with the tools and technology to have an excellent experience, enabling them to deliver a great customer experience and promote successful customer outcomes. The State is seeking State Hosted Custom Developed Software using Human Centered Design approach and ORS Agile Scrum project management methodology to modernize the ORS IT systems.
