The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, testing, inspections, and incidentals necessary to construct a new mechanical room and install a complete, fully functional mechanical system as described herein. All work shall be executed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, manufacturer requirements, and project specifications. The intent of this Scope of Work is to provide a turnkey installation of the mechanical room, including but not limited to: Construction of new walls, ceiling, doors, and finishes to create the mechanical room. Furnishing and installing the new Air Handling Unit (AHU). Providing all associated piping, ductwork, insulation, and accessories. Integration of Building Automation System (BAS) controls by Johnson Controls, fully tested and commissioned. This includes installing any necessary data cable (Panduit plenum rated only) as required for a complete operational system. Provide an epoxy coating to the existing concrete floor. This shall be a 100% solids or waterbased rolled on epoxy floor equivalent to Rust-Oleum, Quikcrete, INSL-X, or Armorpoxy Delivering a fully operational system ready for use upon project completion.
