Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide one 40’ office conex to include the following: 1.1 Exterior 1.1.1 A 36 inch commercial grade metal door with locking handle shall be installed in the center of the conex and shall include four (4) keys. 1.1.2 Two, two (2) foot by two (2) foot double pane windows shall be installed eight (8) feet on center from both ends on the same wall as the center door install. 1.1.3 The exterior of the conex shall be stripped of any labels and primed with a high quality primer and painted with a high quality paint in desert tan or similar color. 1.1.4 One (1) electrical receptacle shall be placed on the outside front wall near the center door. 1.2 Interior 1.2.1 The Interior walls and ceiling shall be insulated with a minimum 3-inch closed cell spray foam insulation (or equivalent) with an R-value of approximately R-18 to R21 to provide thermal efficiency and comfort. 1.2.2 Electrical wiring shall be installed in conduit to meet electrical code requirements. 1.2.2.1 Electrical receptacles shall be placed along, outside walls so that no point along the floor line of any wall space can be more than six (6) feet away from a receptacle. 1.2.3 A minimum of four (4) light fixtures spaced evenly in the interior. 1.2.4 The office shall have two (2) separate partitions. 1.2.4.1 The partitions shall be 14 feet from each end to separate work spaces. 1.2.4.2 The partitions shall be five (5) feet high and start on the opposite wall of the center door. 1.2.4.3 Partitions can be constructed using unfinished wood, plywood, metal or a combination but must have no exposed sharp or jagged areas. 1.2.5 Office shall have a high wall mounted Packaged Terminal Heat Pump (PTHP) to be installed in the center of the office and opposite wall of the center installed door. PTHP shall be sized for the correct load requirements. 1.2.5.1 Contractor shall verify the PTHP electrical requirements and provide appropriate wiring and conduit for a 120-volt or 208/240-volt connection as needed 1.2.5.2 Use a standard electrical connection compatible with the PTHP requirements, wired through conduit. 1.2.5.3 A high wall electrical receptacle shall be placed for the PTHP use. 1.2.6 Office conex shall be equipped to hook up to a propane generator which will be supplied by DFFM. 1.2.6.1 Contractor shall verify connection requirements and provide a 30-amp or 50-amp generator inlet box with conduit for connection to the generator as applicable. 1.2.7 Floor shall be the standard conex flooring and selected as above average condition.
