2.1. Contractor shall provide all resources and services to completely design, engineer, fabricate, deliver and install communication tower in accordance with these specifications, approved site plan, approved oversight permits and all applicable EIA and manufacture-recommendation specifications. 2.2. Contractor shall secure all necessary building permits. 2.3. Owner will secure all zoning permits 2.4. Owner will secure all necessary State of Michigan, Environment, Great Lakes and Energy (EGLE), Critical Dune Permits 2.5. Owner will secure all necessary Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Permits 2.6. Owner will secure all necessary FAA permits. 2.7. All parts, materials and practices will meet at least the minimum generally published and publicly advertised standards of the vendor. 2.8. Contractor shall warranty all work and materials for a minimum of one year. All warranties shall be submitted with bid.
