The Design-Builder shall provide any and all design and any and all construction services required and/or necessary for the complete design and construction of the Project. Services shall include compliance with all governing laws, regulations and codes. Services shall include obtaining all regulatory permits and approvals, including from the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction (HBC). Any fees due to the Dept. of Housing, Buildings and Construction (HBC) for plan review and for electrical inspection will be paid by the Design-Builder. The selected Design-Builder shall prepare and submit any and all submittals required by HBC or any other governmental agency having jurisdiction. The design and construction of this Project will not require the approval of the County since this is Commonwealth of Kentucky property. It will require approval by the state entity of HBC.
