Walk-In Freezer Door Replacement: • Remove and dispose of existing walk-in freezer door in the old commissary area. • Provide and install a new walk-in freezer door assembly on this walk in freezer. • New door assembly (Franke Door co. is the basis of design) will bolt over the face of the existing door opening and will include new hinges, gasket, door heaters and latch. • All fixtures around the existing door assembly will be moved forward onto the new door frame assembly and the assembly will be sealed to the box. • Door function and door heater operation will be tested when complete. Walk-in Cooler Refrigeration Equipment Replacement: • Remove and dispose of refrigeration equipment and refrigerant on 1st floor walk in cooler (Kraemer M#F32621) • Provide and install new refrigeration equipment and line set for this walk in cooler. • New equipment will be Larkin by Heatcraft and will include: ECM fan motors, TXV, solenoid valve, thermostat, and scroll style compressor. • Replacement equipment will be reconnected to the existing electrical and drain line. • System will be run and checked for correct operation, when completed. • *Refrigerant included
