1. Review and Analysis of Existing Conditions and Documents. Meet with town staff who will assist in the coordination of relevant documents, information, and meetings. Conduct project area visit to access and support the design and installation process. 2. Project Design, inclusive of all necessary information and documentation for installation to be provided. 3. Start date and duration of the project shall be coordinated with and agreed upon by the owner 4. Remove and dispose of existing equipment. 5. Install new air handler with heating and cooling loop. 6. Reconfigure existing duct work to fit new air handler. Insulated duct work to Code minimum. 7. Reconfigure heat loop supply and return and insulate piping to Code minimum. 8. Install new Air-Cooled Condensing Unit in the same location as the existing unit. 9. Replace refrigerant line set from air handler to condenser. Provide all fittings and size piping according to Manufacturer’s recommendations. 10. Replace existing condensate drain to exterior. 11. Connect new appliances to existing electrical circuits. 12. Connect new system to existing thermostat controls. 13. Co-ordinate with New England Energy Controls (Haddam, CT) to install new building management system controls on the new appliances. 14. Charge, test and balance the new system. 15. Replace/repair existing building finishes.
