1. Line #1 – Automated Medium Voltage Pad-Mounted Switchgear. Provide line item pricing for equipment specified in Section 26 13 30 of Attachment A. Qty. 2 Automated Medium Voltage Pad-Mounted Switchgear, spare parts and accessories, all documentation, manuals, warranties, and specified testing. 2. Line #2 – Manufacturer Field Services as detailed in Section 01 43 33 and 26 13 30 of Attachment A. Provide a total price for these field services that must be all-inclusive to include all travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses. This total price must be entered into the online bidding system. 3. Line #3 – Additional Field Service Engineer duties as outlined in Section 01 22 00 of Attachment A if requested by Clemson University based on an eight (8) hour day (regular time). This price is to include a daily rate that must be allinclusive and include all travel, lodging, meals, and all other expenses. Your bidding daily rate must be entered in the online bidding system as detailed. Evaluation will be based on a total of three (3) days; however, Clemson University does not guarantee three (3) days. Your bid rate will be the daily rate used to compute additional field services if required. 4. Line #4 – Training – On-site instruction for Owner and installing Contractor’s staff on operation, maintenance, and safety; includes all materials as detailed in Section 01 43 33 and 26 13 30 of Attachment A. 5. Line #5 – Freight – Total for all freight costs.
