The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for the recycling and disposal of light iron, steel, aluminum, coper, stainless steel, brass, lead, lead acid batteries, crushed steel drums, and other surplus scrap metal through a rebate program. It is the intent of the State of New Jersey (State) to award Contracts to those responsible Bidders whose Quotes, conforming to this Bid Solicitation are most advantageous to the State, price and other factors considered. The State may award any or all price lines. The State, however, reserves the right to separately procure individual requirements that are the subject of the Contract during the Contract term, when deemed by the Director of the Division (Director) to be in the State’s best interest.
