A. Review existing drawings and as-builts. B. Perform site visits, observations, and inspections to validate existing conditions and identify any unknown or potential concerns. C. Provide design with proposed solutions to repair the existing exterior pre-cast concrete wall panels. 4 D. Provide the scope of work to complete the repairs of the exterior pre-cast concrete wall panels. E. Provide an estimate of probable cost. F. Provide a schedule and process of the repairs and any necessary laydown area or storage area needed, as this is a working facility and space is limited. G. Perform bid process and bid tabulation H. Include Construction Administration, with a minimum of bi-weekly in-person OAC meetings. I. Perform any required testing and site surveys to determine the root cause of the issues. J. Provide design development for the program elements listed above. K. Provide basic engineering services as defined in Guilford County’s standard architectural contract. L. Provide construction drawings that will be used for bidding the repair work. M. Provide Construction Administration and Closeout services N. Guilford County may seek additional services in the contract.
