The City of Gladstone is requesting qualifications and proposals from professional engineering firms to assist in the design of improvements to Old Antioch Road from NE 68th Ter to NE 72nd Terrace. The improvements shall consist of on-street bicycle lanes, sidewalks, stormwater, replacement of an existing 12-inch water main and related work. An abbreviated scope of services in summarized below: 1. Prepare a topographic survey of the project limits. 2. Assist with environmental permitting as required by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) LPA process. 3. Facilitate two (2) public meetings through the course of design. 4. Complete detailed design of the improvements including preparation of plans and related contract documents in accordance with the MoDOT LPA process. 5. Assist with utility relocation coordination. 6. Complete legal descriptions for right-of-way acquisition. 7. Assist with bidding and construction administration as necessary.
