8X12X8 Cottage building structure shall include the following: • 3’0 – 6’8 6-Panel Pre-Hung Exterior Fiberglass Door installed in the center 8’ wall; • Exterior Entry Knob installed; • Install a shed style roof/awning over entry door, shingles to match roof 8’ Stud walls; 4/12 pitch roof with Weathered Wood 30yr, Architectural shingles installed over Felt paper with metal ridge vent; • 7/16” exterior wall & roof sheathing with “TechShield”; • Exterior walls wrapped in a “Tyvek” like product; • Exterior walls shall be insulated; • 5” overhand on eaves & amp; flush gable; • LP Smartside Sheet Siding, color: Almond (Lynchburg), Vibrant Hunter Green (Bristol) White pvc exterior trim and vinyl so it; • (2) Gable vents, white; • Floor and wall framing shall be 12” OC; • 2”x6” Pressure-treated floor joists with insulation; • ¾” plywood floor finished with a vinyl block style tile; • 2”x4” ceiling joists 16” OC, No 2”x6” center beam; • Cut in for a window style A/C unit, cut in dimensions: 26 ¼” x 15 ¾. Located on the opposite 8’ wall of the exterior door, Weatherizing and temporary closure is the responsibility of the customer; • Install 100 Amp Breaker Panel; • Ten (10) Single Pole 20 Amp Breakers; • 50’ 3000 Series Wiremold Raceway; • Twelve (12) 20 Amp Receptacles, Four (4) on each wall, Three (3) 4’ 2-Tube Fluorescent Fixtures; • Interior of Storage Building will be conditioned to include insulation and Interior paneling (unpainted); • Delivery & set-up shall include concrete blocks. We are unable to do in ground footers; • Provide and install four (4) mobile home style anchors & straps; • Warranty, 5 years minimum; materials and labor.
