The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish one (1) contract with one (1) Contractor for all of the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary for the continued maintenance of Brightpoint Community College’s (BCC) currently existing Virtual Campus Tour online platform. BCC has previously been utilizing CampusTours, Inc. for all of their maintenance and service needs on the Virtual Campus Tour online platform. This online platform is crucial for BCC as it allows prospective students and other interested parties to participate in a virtual guide-based walking tour of the campus. The virtual tour also includes photographic slideshows of the various buildings, dorms, classrooms, cafeteria, etc. located throughout the BCC Campus. By ensuring the continued maintenance and operation of the Virtual Campus Tour online platform, this project will help aid BCC student recruitment efforts. The awarded Contractor shall submit an annual invoice to BCC at the end of each year covering the total costs for that particular year.
