This is a turnkey project. The University is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision required to power wash and paint several areas within Truist Stadium. The areas will include: all yellow steel/metal hand/safety rails, all yellow metal/steel beams associated with railings inside the stadium from the bottom to the top, inside and outside. Contractors are expected to use the appropriate methods for painting in accordance with the specifications herein. Contractor will be required to use man/personnel lifting equipment (or aerial lift basket) throughout the duration of the project when painting the top outer safety rails within the stadium. Contractor shall not use extension ladders that do not meet OSHA guidelines. The owner will not supply the paint. The yellow paint will be “Aggie Gold” that may be obtained from Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store #2347 (1415 E. Bessemer Ave., Greensboro, NC). Contractor may call Sherwin-Williams for the paint formula. Contractor will be required to power Parking Services for each vehicle used in the execution of the contract. The project is expected to be start on September 20, 2025 and must be completed by October 3, 2025.
