Maintenance of the equipment includes but is not limited to: a. Electric wiring from the starter to its respective motor including the starter. b. Refrigerant piping between all pieces of equipment. c. Insulation of the refrigerant piping and equipment. d. All pressure and temperature controls, thermometers, gauges, control devices and thermostats located at equipment. Note: Where applicable, head pressure control valve is to be included. e. Indicator lights. f. Variable speed drives on applicable chiller compressors. g. Annual Vibration testing for all Screw and Centrifugal compressors to be reviewed by Factory Service Engineering with a written report for each chiller provided to university. 15. Routine preventive maintenance and repair is to be performed during normal University business hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Contact the Facilities Management Office before performing an inspection or working on equipment.
