This project consists of providing bicycle and pedestrian connectivity between the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail and trailhead of Dykeman Park. Work also includes construction of sidewalk and curb ramps, installation of shared use lane markings & signage and a bike kiosk/service station, upgrading inlet grates along Earl Street, and other miscellaneous construction, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 0696, SECTION 018, in CUMBERLAND COUNTY, SHIPPENSBURG BOROUGH, from Segment 0050 Offset 0041 to Segment 0030 Offset 0000, a length of 1,074.80 linear feet (0.204 mile). Also included is a portion of S Earl Street from Station 22+24.80 to Station 32+77.00, a length of 1,052.00 linear feet (0.199 mile). Overall project length is 2,127.00 linear feet (0.403 mile).
