The Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) requires routine maintenance and emergency repairs related to Plumbing and HVAC/R Services to be performed, on an ON-CALL basis, in occupied and unoccupied apartments at various Federal and State properties. • The awarded Contractor will be required to pay Federal wage rates when working in Federal buildings and State prevailing wage rates when working in State buildings (see Property Listing) applicable to repairs, alterations, and improvements to a building or site. Installation of building components affixed to a building and/or site, removed from a building and/or site, repaired or replaced. • The Contractor will be expected to assign one (1) fully licensed plumber and one (1) fully licensed HVAC technician to the WHA to ensure all WHA requests for services are responded to within the required time parameters.
