• Service must allow a student access to 24/7, on-demand services; if certain services are not 24/7, regular scheduled hours must be published. • Service must provide tutoring for the following subject areas at the college level: math, writing/English, accounting, health sciences/nursing, natural sciences (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) • Student services for specialty tests (TEAS, NCLEX) is desirable. • Service to allow students to access recording of previous tutoring sessions is desirable. • Service must have chat with interactive whiteboard option; audio/video communication feature is required. • Ability for student to use special characters and symbols with whiteboard when receiving tutoring for each subject matter as Math, Science, etc. • Service must allow the administrator the ability to pull trend data of usage. • Must provide solution for administrator to obtain information on hours used within a short time window. • Options for ESL (English as a second language) or multi-lingual support if desirable. • Awarded vendor must be located within the United States and all information regarding the College or its students must be saved/stored by the vendor on a server located within the United States.
