The range of services provided under this multi-year contract may include the following: 1. Program Management Strategy A. Develop overall Project Delivery Strategy and Mission, Vision and Values in alignment with DPW Department Strategy. B. Develop individual strategic plans and level of service recommendations for identified project classes. C. Identify internal and external drivers for Project Delivery. D. Develop a framework for planning and asset management processes. E. Identify Project Delivery improvement recommendations, including those for organizational structure, processes, and training. F. Develop recommendations for planning project budget projections for identified project classes. G. Provide administrative assistance with eBuilder, including coordination with the software provider, setup and modification of processes, management of users and roles, recommendations for process improvements, evaluation of integrations with other software, and training. H. Conduct change management workshops, including providing management training. I. Evaluation of systems and technology for enhancing Project Delivery. J. Evaluation of risks associated with Project Delivery, including procurement and contracting methods and requirements.
