Contractor shall create and install the Persistent Domestic Violent Offender Registry (“Registry”) in compliance with Tennessee Public Chapter No. 520 (2025), included as Attachment Two of this Contract. A.4. Registry shall contain the following fields of information in a public facing website database: name or alias of Offender, date of birth, conviction date, county or counties of conviction, and a Photograph of Offender. A.5. Registry shall be written in c#.net language. A.6. Registry shall keep a running total of how many times the website has been accessed by the public and shall display that information to the public on the Registry’s site. A.7. At no additional cost to the State and at any time during the term of this Contract, State may request that hyperlinks be added to the public facing website directing Public Users to Offender and abuse victim resources. A.8. Registry shall include a field that is hidden from the public view that includes the offense. A.9. Registry shall immediately notify State User of an error if Offender’s latest conviction date is before January 1, 2026. Registry shall prevent State User from continuing with entry when there is an error. Errors may be “overridden” by the State’s administrator. A.10. The county of conviction field within the Registry shall have a drop-down selection box with all counties in Tennessee. A.11. Registry shall contain a search function where Public Users can search for a name or alias of an Offender or by any of the fields listed in A.4.
