Exterior Lead Hazard Control Work • Scrape, prep, prime and paint the following: • All trim, casings and sashes of the windows and doorways A1-6, B1-2, C1-7, D1-5. #1. Remove all storm windows, safely store them. Clean the glass on the windows and storm windows. Repair any damage to windows or storm windows Reinstall storm windows and caulk after exterior painting is done. • Soffits A, B, C, D and front porch ceiling and millwork. #1. • Siding and brickwork on A, B, C, & D sides. #2. • Front porch floor. #4. • Color to be selected by homeowner from standard manufacturer options. Interior Lead Hazard Control Work • Scrape, prep, prime and paint the following: • All trim, casings and sashes of the windows and doorways A1-6, B1-2, C1-7, D1-5. #3. • Bedroom closet door. #3. • Entry baseboard and millwork. #3. • Basement door, casing, and trim. #3. • Basement wood wall sections. #3. • Prep and paint the basement concrete floor and stairsteps with water-based floor paint. #4. • Install new rubberized treads on stairsteps. Gutter Installation • Installation of new seamless gutters, downspouts, and splash blocks: • Walk the property to confirm gutter locations and preferred drainage paths. • Protect landscaping, siding, and walkways as needed with tarps or plywood. • Remove and dispose of existing gutter systems, if present, unless instructed otherwise. • Inspect fascia condition and coordinate with soffit/fascia repair scope to ensure secure mounting surfaces. • Fabricate and install new seamless aluminum (or specified metal) gutters on-site using portable roll-forming equipment. • Gutter style: K-style (or half-round if specified). • Seamless K-style aluminum gutters (factory pre-finished, baked-on enamel). • Matching color aluminum downspouts and accessories. • Hidden hangers with stainless steel or zinc-coated screws. • High-quality gutter sealant (butyl rubber or polymer-based). • Size: 5-inch gutters for standard residential application or 6-inch for higher-volume rooflines. • Secure gutters to fascia using hidden hangers with stainless steel screws at maximum 24” on center. • Ensure all gutters are properly sloped (min. 1/4" per 10 feet) toward downspouts to allow efficient drainage. • Install matching aluminum downspouts in specified color and size (2”x3” standard or 3”x4” for higher capacity). • Locate downspouts at corners or valleys to optimize drainage and minimize visual impact. • Secure downspouts to wall using non-corrosive straps, fastened to studs or masonry with appropriate anchors. • All joints sealed with gutter sealant for watertight connections. • Install concrete or Concrete or heavy-duty plastic splash blocks at the base of each downspout to direct water away from the foundation. • Ensure each block slopes away from the house and is properly bedded on firm soil or compacted gravel. • If required by site conditions, install downspout extensions.
