Construction of approximately 6,600 linear feet (LF) of 60-inch water transmission main. Begins at the West Harris County Regional Water Authority (WHRWA) meter station northwest of the North Newport Bend cul-de-sac. The main continues along the channel crossing Kingsland Boulevard, Katy Gap Road, and Roesner Road. The main then continues along Roesner Road to the connection point of NFBWA Segment 18A, located along the northwest property line for Harris County Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District 5 (HFB5) water plant. The plant is located at the corner of Bay Hill Boulevard and Roesner Road. A 12-inch waterline connection off of Segment 19 will be constructed at the HFB5 water plant. The work will include a new Meter & Valve Station along with associated electrical, instrumentation and controls.
