As part of maintaining the infrastructure, the District is seeking the assistance of an experienced contractor to provide emergency and urgent response services for a 3-year continuing contract term. Typical items of work may include, but are not limited to: • Pipelining installation and repair • Welding services • High-temp hot water services and repairs • Chilled water services and repairs • Roadway depression investigation • Underground utilities • Hauling and disposal of excess materials • Plumbing services and repair • Pipe-fitting • Stabilization • Boiler services and repairs • Pipe protection • Hot tap/line stops, and all other items of delated work needed. In addition, this contract shall serve to provide the District with emergency and urgent response for minor repairs.
