The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) owns a shooting range facility located within the San Luis Obispo Wildlife area. The facility contains four (4) shooting venues (which include action pistol, rifle, shotgun, and archery ranges), a single-family State-owned residence (unlivable and not for use by the Contractor), a meeting hall, and other associated structures, all of which are hereinafter referred to as the Shooting Range, as outlined in Exhibit A, Attachment 1 – Facility Map and Site Information (see Sample Standard Agreement). The objective of this contract is to secure the services of a qualified and experienced Contractor to operate and maintain the Shooting Range for the benefit of the public.
