Project Expectations: A. Upon award: The contractor shall work with the Directors Office and Building Maintenance office to establish the themes, stories, and historical events to be represented. B. Conceptualization: Wall space 27.5 feet long by 8 feet tall,side ICA Seal shall be centered on the wall with gold lettering, with SCF Logo TOP Left side, VPP Logo Top Right side leaning diagonally toward the ICA Seal. Flanking each side of the wall provided Division names with symbols that coincide with division as an example (see Exhibit A). C. D. Develop: Artist is to provide detailed concept and design that reflects the agency's ideas and with the centennial theme in mind. The vendor shall provide a final schedule and firm up those dates once the solicitation is awarded and kick off meeting is scheduled. Presentation: Vendor shall present proposed detailed concept to the director for feedback for final input approval. E. F. Mock Ups: Vendor shall provide two final mock ups from revision given by the Directors Office. Final Approval: The vendor shall give the Directors Office a final copy of the last and final mock up and the director shall sign off on it. The vendor shall not depart from the final mock up and will have their copy of signature for approval to complete the job.
