A. Be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of natural gas supply service upon the effective date of this contract. B. Provide firm, full requirements gas supply to the Chicago City Gate for receipt by Nicor and North Shore Gas for Pace’s accounts in sufficient quantities to meet the requirements of Pace’s gas utility accounts listed herein. C. Provide the required broker management services for the purchase of Pipeline Quality Natural Gas and the day-to-day management of it. Services shall include, but are not limited to, providing Pipeline Quality Natural Gas to the Chicago City Gate for receipt by the Local Distribution Companies (LDC). D. Provide all required agreements with the LDC, and purchase Pipeline Quality Natural Gas for storage and later delivery as requested by Pace. E. Provide daily update on the current cash price for Pipeline Quality Natural Gas. F. Provide monthly invoices with a detailed listing of all cost elements and copy of the Pipeline Quality Natural Gas bid-week survey to verify pricing. G. Have a password protected website where reports may be reviewed or downloaded. Report should detail showing historical gas usage and cost, historical invoices, and/or other reports or information pertinent to Pace’s purchase of natural gas supply from Contractor.
