The successful firm shall perform the services in accordance with All Appropriate Inquiry (“AAI”) regulations, ASTM E 1527-21 standards and 40 CFR § 312, including, but not limited to: 1. Conduct a site reconnaissance. 2. Conduct a government database search. 3. Conduct past and current owner, operator, occupant interviews. 4. Conduct an environmental lien and activity use limitation search. 5. Conduct all appropriate interviews and site assessments. 6. Meet with City officials concerning questions and outcomes and preliminary findings. 7. Prepare a written report consistent with the AAI regulations by October 31, 2025. 8. Prepare a written update as may be required by law and agreed to between the parties. 9. Prepare a Phase II assessment as may be recommended and agreed to between the parties.
