Omni-view video detector system shall consist of a Miovision detection system in order to be operationally compatible with the previously procured Borough signal equipment and shall meet the following requirements: a. Must be configured to work with Econolite Edaptive System. b. Must support real-time detection of vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists in configurable rectangular or irregular-shaped polygon detection zones. c. Shall utilize a 360-degree lens to track, detect, classify, and count pedestrians, bicycles, and motor vehicles for the entire intersection. d. Shall be IP/Ethernet enabled for communications (IPv4/v6) on IP networks and provides an internet interface over the cloud to view and adjust detection zones. e. The detector system shall have the capabilities to provide outputs of the count data as well as advanced signal performance metrics. Provide counting and reporting of advanced signal performance metrics. f. The detector system shall have the capability, whether in-house or third-party compatible, to collect and report WiFi Mac Address travel time and origin-destination data. The WiFi Mac Address processor shall scramble the incoming data to provide anonymous data securely and have a minimum 10% capture rate. Provide WiFi travel time processor/package add-on. g. The camera shall have high definition-color resolution output with minimum 2560x1920 pixels and provide horizon to horizon view, including center of intersection.
