Complete Draft Scope of Work that incorporates, at a high level, the discrete scopes of work for each contributing Plan component, including Transportation, Parks, and Economic Development, as well as phases and tasks that achieve the goal of tying the work together as one holistic plan. The Scope of Work will address how the Plan can be structured to be both a unified document and a collection of discrete elements, given the statutory requirement to update the Municipal Plan (Comprehensive Plan), as well as the need to produce a standalone Parks plan for accrediting purposes. 0.2. Confirm Scope of Work with all relevant Departments. 0.3. Conduct a Planning Commission Review of planBTV to determine its, and its constituent area and topic plans’ continued relevance. 0.4. Adopt a Memorandum of Understanding that formalizes the PlanBTV: 2050 process and working relationships between departments.
