A. The Contractor shall provide programming and twenty-four (24) hour monitoring of the intrusion detection and panic button alarm systems for the CDTFA offices listed in Exhibit A-Attachment 1, CDTFA Office Locations and Contact Personnel. B. The Contractor shall provide the program intrusion detection system control panel. C. The Contractor shall monitor the intrusion detection and panic button alarm systems. D. The Contractor shall provide immediate feedback to the CDTFA during the CDTFA’s weekly testing of the panic button alarm system. E. The Contractor shall transmit alarm to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) and the CDTFA’s designated representative, upon receipt of an alarm signal from the CDTFA. F. The Contractor shall be the first to investigate the cause of an alarm signal by telephoning the CDTFA’s premises to determine whether an emergency condition exists, warranting notification of law enforcement. This investigation and/or notification of the appropriate authorities should be completed within one (1) minute of receipt of the alarm signal in order to avoid false alarms during normal working hours (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time). G. The Contractor shall use the responsible parties call list as follows: 1) CHP telephone numbers for each area to be provided to the Contractor by CDTFA. 2) The CDTFA Representative, during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Contractor must contact one (1) Representative listed in Exhibit AAttachment 1, CDTFA Office Locations and Contact Personnel.
