The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance, repair services, emergency repair services, and special projects associated with HVAC and Mechanical Services on an on call, as needed basis, to facilities owned or operated by VDOT throughout the Culpeper District which will include the counties of Fauquier, Rappahannock, Culpeper, Madison, Orange, Greene, Albemarle, Louisa, and Fluvanna. The Contractor shall possess a Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) Virginia Class “A” Contractor license specializing in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). This solicitation will result in a Time and Materials type contract.
