SCOPE OF SERVICES The Contractor shall furnish all the labor and materials to perform furnace cleaning, inspections and tune-up at the various locations listed Bid Form for addresses. WORK REQUIRED The work involved is to inspect, clean and recommend maintenance service(s) that may be needed on the units as listed on Bid Form. The Contractor is to perform typical cleaning of furnace components and provide a report on the condition of each furnace’s operation. 1. Clean furnace surface and combustion chamber 2. Clean the blower motor and belts 3. Clean the furnace burner and flames sensor 4. Check the ignitor 5. Check the heat exchanger – make sure there are no cracks 6. Lubricate the fan blower motor 7. Replace all air filters 8. Replace the thermostat batteries 9. Check the ignition system and safety switch - make sure the furnace starts properly and shuts off if a problem arises
