The Contractor shall perform the following work tasks: Pre-Application Planning: Review and accept digital maps and files of treatment areas provided by CPW. Procure all necessary herbicides and non-ionic surfactant beyond the CPW-provided Rejuvra. Provide CPW staff with a one-week advance notification of the expected start date. Certify proper equipment setup to CPW, including aircraft model, boom configuration, nozzle type, droplet size setting, and swath width confirmation. Provide CPW pattern tests of aircraft to be used. Conduct pre-flight checks and calibration of guided navigation systems. Herbicide Application Execution: Execute aerial herbicide application across approximately 3,354 acres within the specified timeline and environmental conditions. Adhere strictly to the specified herbicide mixing order and maintain agitation throughout the application process. Maintain the required application rates for water, Rejuvra, and imazapic. Operate aircraft at optimal boom height and ensure correct nozzle setup for uniform coverage. Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor application uniformity via guided navigation systems. Identify and report any areas of inadequate coverage (skips). Perform re-treatment of identified skips promptly and at no additional cost to CPW.
