1. Rock Garden Water Pipe Replacement – Install approximately 1,160 feet of 6” pipe from the valve flange in Junction House 4 down to the new pipe at the top of Lower Cannon. Bidder is responsible for verifying exact footage. 2. Rock Garden Trenching – Trench approximately 425 feet where pipe crosses trails. Bidder is responsible for verifying exact footage. 3. Gremlin Water Pipe Replacement – Install approximately 1,245 feet of 6” pipe from the valve flange in Junction House 4 down to the new pipe at the top of Lower Gremlin. Bidder is responsible for verifying exact footage. 4. Gremlin Trenching – Trench approximately 100 feet of pipe. Bidder is responsible for verifying exact footage. 5. Pipe Supply – Pipe will be supplied by Cannon Mountain. Any shortage of pipe is the responsibility of the bidder. 6. Removal & Disposal – Remove and properly dispose of the existing water pipe at both locations. 7. Valve Reuse – Reuse the existing valve at each location, installing new spiral-wound metal gaskets. 8. Inspection Port & Drain – Install a 2” inspection port with a 2” drain directly beneath it, located within 10 inches of the valve at each location. 9. Hydrant Alignment – Weld in half couplings so hydrants are plumb. 10. Hydrant Placement – Position water and air hydrants no more than 8 feet from snowmaking towers; relocate any air hydrants not within this distance. 11. Surface Restoration – Apply seed and hay to all disturbed surfaces resulting from excavation or equipment operation
