UND is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors who shall provide professional services to assist UND in ensuring its digital content is accessible. Specifically, UND is seeking: a well-established document remediation professional service solution to remediate electronic documents. Requirements: Manual verification by appropriately trained professionals of WCAG 2.1 AA compliance; verification of full compliance save for alternative text accuracy is acceptable if clearly communicated in an accompanying report. User-friendly interface that allows for easy document upload for remediation, and easy download for completed product. Compliant with relevant state and federal laws, including federal civil rights laws, HIPAA, and FERPA. Permits billing to multiple departments. Must Remediate PDFs. Preferred: Permits varying volume of submissions. Integrates with Blackboard Ultra in a node environment. Remediates Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. Produces conforming alternative versions of PDFs, such as EPUBs. Compliance with PDF/UA standards. Single Sign On (SSO).
