Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: The Medical University of South Carolina’s (MUSC) Office of the Vice President for Research, with §11-35-1560 (A) of the SC Consolidated Procurement Code, intends to award, without competition, a sole-source contract to Advarra Technology Solutions, Inc. for additional Calendar/Budget Builds for the OnCore Management System. The OnCore Management System is used at MUSC to manage all aspects of clinical trials, including study administration, subject life cycle management, subject safety management, billing compliance, and financial management, including budgeting and invoicing. A Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is critical for improving and maintaining our institution's clinical research process. OnCore provides document management tools for study subject management, research regulatory compliance, reporting, study data capture, sponsor invoicing, research billing, and research administration. OnCore provides enterprise visibility across studies for reporting, budgeting, billing, monitoring, and compliance. The OnCore Management System must be purchased directly by institutions from Advarra Technology Solutions, Inc. No agents or dealers are authorized to represent this product. Advarra Technology Solutions, Inc. has the exclusive licensing rights.
