Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: SC Department of Behavioral Health and Disabilities - Office of Mental Health intents to sole source with Mental Illness Recovery Center that provide supportive housing for individuals with mental illnesses and their families experiencing homelessness in Richland and Lexington counties prior to program entry. BHDD/OMH intends to enter into one-year contracts to provide state matching funds to support operation of the MIRCI (Mental Illness Recovery Center, Inc.) Home Base I and II Consolidated Program and Home Base Ill and IV Consolidated Program; these programs are funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Program, Grant Numbers SC0024L4E022417 and SC0078L4E022414, respectively. These grants provide permanent supportive housing for individuals with mental illnesses and their families experiencing homelessness prior to program entry.
