Bid improvements consist of installing the rearing and research building and all the required equipment and utilities as defined in the design drawings to operate the facility. The Project has been divided into two phases based on the available funding. Phase 1 of the bid improvements are for installing the facility's metal building including the earthwork and foundation, installing the exterior doors and windows as well as all the underground utilities and plumbing inside and outside of the building. Phase 2 of the bid improvements are for installing all the interior structures including the walls, doors and windows as well as all the mechanical, electrical and operational equipment inside and outside of the facility.
